A YamlSerialaled_OversampledImagePSF using the Aldoroty 2025 paper PSF.

This is just a wrapper aorund YamlSerializd_OversarmpledPSF that knows how to find the right PSFs for a given band and sca.

Make an A25ePSF, reading the data from the standard location on disk.
